How to Reserve a Home

We strongly recommend obtaining loan pre-qualification from one of our Preferred Lenders before making an offer.

  • To reserve a home you must:
  • Select the unit you want to purchase (Note: your selection may not be changed after completing your reservation).
  • Make an appointment with Marisa Cox to complete the purchase contract. If you are already working with a Realtor, make an appointment with your Realtor to complete a purchase contract.
  • Make an appointment with one of our Preferred Lenders to complete a loan application. If you have already been pre-approved by your own lender, simply bring a copy of your pre-approval letter with you when you come to fill out the purchase contract.
  • On the date which you are to complete your purchase contract, bring your checkbook so that you can leave a deposit check in the amount of $2500 made payable to Chicago Title Company (the check will be forwarded to Chicago Title Company to be deposited once you complete the contract).
  • Decide upon which wall paint color and carpet color you would like for your unit prior to your contract appointment. Wall and carpet color samples available in the model unit at 1218 Honey Trail.
  • Seller reserves the right to first offer homes to pre-qualified owner occupants, and to limit the total number of units sold to non-owner occupants in order to comply with current lending guidelines for Common Ownership Development investor ratios.
